Selfless Love Flow

Our Selfless Love Flow is a studio favorite and part of what keeps students coming back for more. The sequencing is what you would find in a typical Vinyasa Flow, which is an energetic, dynamically-flowing series of interconnected postures synchronized with the breath in order to align your body, mind, and heart. Blending an inspiring Vinyasa practice with alignment instruction to create clarity in your practice and encourage openness in your body and your daily life. Every practice is intended to be a complete experience, leaving you centered, grounded, & refreshed.

What makes our Selfless Love Flow stand out from other practices is the deeper philosophical teachings woven into each and every class that make you leave feeling as if you worked not just your body & mind, but also your soul. This is an open-level practice and the body should have decent mobility in order to keep up with this flow, but modifications can always be made.

Aroma Flow

Combining aromatherapy with yoga can powerfully enhance the yoga journey. This Vinyasa Flow class combines our traditional Selfless Love Flow with essential oils! Oils will be chosen based on the specific dharma of the class and will be applied topically at certain points throughout the practice. Leave feeling recharged, refreshed, and smelling lovely!

**If you would prefer to take the class without receiving the oils, simply let the teacher know prior to class starting.**

Deep Stretch Vinyasa

Our Deep Stretch Vinyasa consists of the perfect balance between stretch and flow. Postures are held mindfully for more extended periods of time, helping to awaken your body and clear your mind. Expect deep hip, back, and leg openings with longer holds to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissues, the fascia of the body, as well as gain strength and increase mobility with Vinyasa flows weaved between. This class is designed to generally open the body up, peeling away layers of stress, injury, and tension that reside within. This is an open-level practice with a slower pace than our Selfless Love Flow.

Candlelight Slow Flow

Our Candlelight Slow Flow is a peaceful, restorative way to wind down your day. The soft glow of candlelight engages the parasympathetic nervous system which activates the relaxation response. This practice is taught at a meditative pace, emphasizing peace and calm in the body and mind. It is a calmer and more restful practice in which you have time to really listen to your body and read the cues it is giving you. This practice will be lit entirely by candlelight and is suitable for all levels.

Foundational Flow

Never practiced yoga? Looking to fine tune your practice? Or simply interested in a creative sequence that brings you fully into the present moment? This is the perfect class for you. Our Foundational Flow is suitable for all mobile body types and levels of experiences. You will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa (flow) style with solid anatomical instructiona deeper foundation for your practice to be built upon.

Dynamic Vinyasa

Our Dynamic Vinyasa is for those who are looking to get their heart rate up and advance their practice. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. The flow is designed to strengthen muscles, build flexibility, and gain concentration while releasing deeply held tension and calming the mind so that you can feel better and perform better in your everyday activities. This class is not meant for beginners or those with limited mobility.

Yin Yoga Nidra

The practice of Yin yoga allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. This class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine, etc. The longer holds of yin yoga help to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (our rest and digest system), and work to target deep into the connective tissue, rather than focusing on the muscles. 

 

This class is sealed with a yoga nidra or “yogic sleep.” Yoga nidra is an ancient technique where the practitioner enters into deep states of conscious relaxation. It is a systematic practice involving the movement of your awareness from the external world to your own inner world. You will be welcomed back with the soothing sounds of crystal bowls.

*WARM* Align & Activate

This empowering alignment-based vinyasa flow focuses on engagement, strong alignment, and the activation of muscle groups in order to challenge yourself in new ways. Align & Activate is an endeavor toward becoming ever more conscious, more present, and more aligned on various levels of your being (mind, body, and spirit). This practice invites you to make the conscious choice of bringing full awareness to the experience of a pose while staying deeply connected to present moment and to the breath. This class is a *warm* flow, which means that the room will be heated to 75-85 degrees.

Restore & Reset w/ Reiki

Restore & Reset with Reiki is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. This class will provide a slow and gentle flow between the effortless experience of long-held postures supported by props. With this level of support, students can slow down and let go of long-held tension. Throughout the practice, the instructor will come around and give hands-on Reiki to add to the relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

**If you would prefer to opt out of the Reiki portion of the practice, simply let the instructor know beforehand.**

Slow Flow & Sound

Our slow flow & sound  is  designed to open the body with mindful and meditative movement. It’s a combination of postures coordinated with the breath, performed at a slower pace, which allows time to be fully present in each pose. this practice offers nurturing, kindness, and compassion for the body, allowing every student to move safely into each pose with sufficient time to employ props and make adjustments. This is an all-level practice and is suitable for just about anyone. the class will be sealed with a sound bath taking you into an even deeper state of surrender & bliss.

Fun-Loving Flow

Our Fun-Loving Flow was specifically designed for our teacher, Denise. She brings a particular flare of fun to the studio room and her classes are light-hearted and upbeat in nature. Denise provokes your mind, works your body, lovingly adjusts you, all while being sure to make you laugh consistently throughout the practice. It veers on the edge of power yoga without fully falling into that category. If you are looking to spice it up a bit, take some of the seriousness out of the practice, or simply have some good-hearted fun while on the mat, this class is for you.
