Reiki is a Japanese technique that helps to activate the healing energy that we are all born with and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. One of the first teachings of healing with Reiki is that we are far more than just our physical bodies. We also have what's known as our "energy" body, which is made up of our chakras (energy centers), aura (energy field), and nadis/meridians (energy pathways). In the same way that you consume food to nourish your physical body and then that food gets broken down and sent to various parts - we also consume energy, which is taken in by our aura, broken down by our chakras, and distributed throughout the energy body by our nadis. Reiki is not associated with any religion or religious practice nor can reiki energy do any harm. Hospitals and clinics across the country are now using in-person Reiki as a cost-effective way to accelerate recovery after surgery, reduce pain and anxiety, and ameliorate the negative side effects of medications and other medical procedures.

INTUITIVE REIKI SESSION
In this session, the client will receive an energetic tune-up to each of their 7 major chakras until they are all open, active, and in balance. While focusing on each individual chakra, intuitive messages, symbols, images, colors, etc. will be received from your guides pertaining to why your chakra may be out of balance and how you can move forward to keep it in an active and open state. The time spent on the table will be dependent on the amount of messages/energy needed in a particular session.
After the session, we will sit down and discuss all of the guidance and symbolism given and work together in order to make sense of the messages received. Often, it will take a back and forth between both parties to get to a final outcome of what resonates most for the client at that time in their lives. Please keep an open mind and open energy body when choosing this offering, as that is when the most powerful messages are received.
Price is on a sliding scale of $177 - $222.
Session could last anywhere from 1.5 - 3 hours.
FULL BODY REIKI SESSION
During this session, the client will receive a full body reiki session in which all of the 7 major chakras will be tuned/aligned as well as reiki energy sent to the entirety of the physical body. If there is time leftover, the energetic focus will be on whatever part of the body is in the most need of healing energy at that time.

Session is approximately 60 minutes.
EXPRESS CHAKRA TUNE-UP
This session is a quick fix for those who upkeep their energetic alignment, but feel like they are slightly out of tune and simply need a little extra love. The energy body will be scanned and reiki energy sent to each of the 7 major chakras. Extra attention will be given to the chakras needed during that time.

Session is approximately 30 minutes.
HEART-OPENING SESSION
In this session, the focus will be entirely on the heart (Anahata) chakra, which is located at the center of the chest at heart level. It is the center of your deep bonds with other beings, your feelings of self-love, altruism, kindness, generosity, care and compassion. It allows us to recognize that we are part of something much larger than just ourselves and that we are interconnected within an intricate web of relationships extending through our lives here on the planet as well as through the Universe. It is found at the center of your chakra system, uniting your lower & higher chakras, unifying, and bringing you back to wholeness. When open and energy is flowing freely, you are not only loving to others, but you are also loving to yourself.
This reiki session will be supported with sound healing therapy using a crystal singing bowl attuned to the frequency of the fourth chakra, crystals, mantras, as well as aromatherapy, all meant to enhance the opening and activation of this healing center.

CORD CUTTING SESSION
Do you have a relationship or situation (past or present) in your life that feels unresolved, challenging, stressful or even traumatic? If so, you may benefit from a cord-cutting session. This session will have a permanent effect on your energy field, help you improve your relationships, move on from relationships that have ended, and remove any energies that don't belong to you. Are you ready to let go of the cords that are tying you down and holding you back?
During this session, you will be given reiki to align your 7 major chakras and then led through a guided meditation in which you will visualize yourself energetically cutting the cord between you and another being/situation. Depending on how deep this cord is attached, this may take a few sessions or require deeper healing.

REIKI LEVEL 1 TRAINING/ATTUNEMENT
Reiki (ray-key) which means "universal life energy" is one of the most gentle, least invasive, and relaxing therapies available. It addresses the needs of the entire person, restoring a sense of balance and bringing healing to the mind, body, and spirit.
This Level 1 (Shoden) training is a practitioner's initiation to Reiki and is open to anyone interested in learning. It will teach you the basics of Reiki energy, focusing on opening the energy channels on a physical level, which allows the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the cosmos through the crown of the head. You will be attuned to the energy of Reiki, allowing you to provide self-reiki as well as reiki on plants, animals, and friends/family. It will open and balance your chakras, clear out any negative energy blockages, and get the energies moving in synchronicity within your body.
You will receive a training manual, hands on experience, a certification, as well as a special gift to take home with you!
