Julie Mason, 200 RYT discovered the power of yoga in 2014 when she took her first yoga class. Julie fell in love with practice of yoga when she discovered the healing abilities of yoga and the breath. With every exhale, she could feel the stress and tension leave her body and with every inhale, she could feel the love and compassion fill her heart. In 2016, at age 17, she graduated from her 200 hour teacher training. Julie’s goal is to spread love for one another and Mother Earth. Julie has a very stable and grounded energy and is dedicated to a holistic lifestyle. Yoga has helped Julie to find balance, acceptance, and peace in her life. She is Reiki level 1 certified and loves to spread the love and light energy in her hands-on adjustments during class. Her classes are filled with poses that ground and connect you to the vibrations of the earth, allowing you to leave class with peace that you can then spread out into the world.
RYT 200 Lindsay Doran discovered her love for yoga during a time when she was looking for a way to slow down and breathe. After taking a few initial classes Lindsay instantly realized that yoga is so much more than the poses you do on the mat. With this realization, Lindsay completed her 200 hour teacher training through YogaWorks in February 2017, and could not wait to share her passion and the benefits of yoga with her community.
Lindsay strongly believes that yoga creates a space within yourself where you once felt stuck; and helps reveal the light within yourself that’s been there all along. "Even after you have rolled up your mat, yoga continues"; "Live yoga off the mat." Two quotes that Lindsay always likes to reminds herself and her students of. Yoga is not just about the poses; yoga is about attaining a clearer sense of who you are and how you can be the best version of yourself both on your mat and in your life.
Lindsay aims to create a warm and comforting space for her students to move through the "stuff", connect with their breath, let go and just be. Off the mat you can find Lindsay indulging in multiple coffees a day and planning her next big travel adventure.
Dana Potts, 200RYT Reiki Master & Sound Healer discovered her passion for yoga during a rough time in her life. She was mentally drained and surrounded by negativity. Yoga allowed her to breathe in the positive future and exhale the past.
Nine years later, Dana practices yoga in her everyday life. She is a new person - physically, mentally, and spiritually. She believes that yoga is a beautiful sequenced dance, that you share with loved ones, the heavens, and the earth. Yoga is love, and that's all you need.
Dana is a Reiki Master and received her 200 RYT through EvenFlow Yoga and Meditation with Christian Valeriani. She also studied through The Reiki Way Learning Center with Suzanne Murray for her Reiki Master certification. Dana's classes are filled with LOVE and help to teach us to let go, love ourselves, and love others.
