ENERGY EXCHANGE PROGRAM

We're looking for dedicated, passionate, and like-minded individuals who want to integrate into the Selfless Love Community. This program is intended to provide individuals free yoga in exchange for work hours. This is designed for those who cannot allocate funds toward a regular yoga practice or simply want to be more involved in the community at Selfless Love Yoga & Spiritual Wellness. The EE (energy exchange) positions require commitment, work ethic, and positive energy. 

 

As an Energy Exchange Volunteer, your responsibilities may include cleaning duties around the studio, laundry, organizing and general studio assistance when needed, administrative work, checking-in students, running the boutique, etc. In return, you will receive free yoga. In order to be a full time EEV, you must commit to 1.5 hours of volunteer exchange each week. This exchange will provide you with free unlimited yoga.​

 

We require a 3-month commitment from all Energy Exchange Volunteers at the start of their contract, but you are more than welcome to stay as long as you'd like. If you can no longer commit to the program, we ask that you provide us 2 weeks notice.

The Energy Exchange Program at Selfless Love Yoga is very special both to the studio and to the members of the Energy Exchange itself. It's a great way to share in the atmosphere and community at Selfless Love and to continue your regular yoga practice.
