The most important relationship you will ever have in your life is the relationship with yourself. We constantly rely on our partners, family, and friends to love us unconditionally, but do you truly love yourself in that very same way? How can we teach others to love us fully if we do not fully love ourselves?


In this meditation, you will be guided to identify and transform the thoughts or beliefs that keep you from feeling an abundance of self-love. Our own self-imposed barriers conceal so much of our authenticity, potential, creativity, greatness, and passion in our lives. It’s time to release any fears, anger, resentment, and pain that we are consciously/subconsciously holding onto and look deep within at our own perceived shadows so that we can bring them into the light of love.
