Meet the Selfless Love Family

Founder, Yoga Instructor, Sound Healing Facilitator, & Reiki Practitioner
Lindsay Gunn
Lindsay's approach to teaching is rooted from a place of deep love & compassion for each individuals unique journey and wanting to see all those around her living happily, freely, and aligned with their most authentic selves. Her intention is to lovingly welcome you exactly as you are, and to provide a safe and comforting space that nurtures and supports you on your personal journey.
Lindsay gently encourages each person to show up fully in the present moment, inviting you to embrace your unique self and experience the full depth of the practice - uniting mind, body, and spirit. Her approach to teaching draws from traditional yoga, always beginning with a dharma talk that explores a wide range of topics, each designed to help you expand your consciousness and come back to the love that is (and always has been) your birthright.

In her classes, Lindsay creates a loving, fun, down-to-earth, and supportive space for you to discover a new way of being - both in your body and in the world around you. Her hands-on adjustments are often described as healing in nature, and her classes blend deep philosophical insights with an invigorating, fun, and loving energy that leaves you feeling uplifted, grounded, and inspired at the same time.

Studio Manager & Yoga Instructor
Kristin Zawisktowski
Kristin found comfort in yoga after a series of life-altering events & heartbreaking loss left her with a void. She will never forget that feeling after taking her first yoga class. A feeling she wanted to bottle up, take with her and share with everyone she knew. The following year, Kristin enrolled in her first teacher training & has never looked back.
Kristin teaches from her heart. She believed that every challenge that life has thrown her way has given her the tools that she shares in every class she teaches. She offers her students space to move, to breathe, to heal and to just be and her intention is to make every student feel at home and to leave class feeling a little lighter... and with a smile.

Operations Manager
Quinn Thornton
My name is Quinn. I am a proud dog mom to 3 rescue pups and mama to a beautiful baby girl. I've been happily married for 3 years. I am a concert junkie and beach lover in my spare time.
My journey here began with a deep passion for self-love and personal growth. Yoga has been a transformative practice for me, bringing a sense of peace, balance, and strength to my life. I've been an athlete my entire life, which has significantly enhanced my physical and mental well-being in both my personal and professional life.
Through these practices, I've found a deeper connection to myself and a community that supports my wellness journey. So happy to be here!

Yoga Instructor
Denise Tranchina
Teaching full time for over 15 years, Denise gleans from many styles, many teachers. She incorporates this knowledge to offer creative classes that will challenge without frustration. Maybe as a former RN in a large NYC hospital, maybe through personal circumstance, Denise has seen the effects that time and experience can have on the body and spirit. With this thought in mind, she is comfortable with prenatal students, is certified in “Radiant Child Yoga”, and enjoys her teen classes.
She has also instructed young adults for credit at Brookdale Community College. This included the men’s lacrosse team. Denise has a real connection with students finding yoga later in life, fostering a love for the practice and community. She feels that it is always an honor to be your “first teacher." Yoga is a metaphor for our life. Flow through with strength, grace and a smile all while having fun!

Yoga Instructor & Reiki Practitioner
Kimmie Michals
Kimmie’s love for yoga runs deeper than just the postures. In 2018, when Kimmie found the practice of yoga, she also found a sense of peace. She realised quickly that her divine purpose was to share this feeling with others in her community and beyond. Kimmie wanted to guide her students into self discovery, while showing them a way of exploring a sense of home inside the body, mind and spirit, as they find ease amongst all the effort.

Warm Flow Instructor
Briele Lykes
In 2009, Briele began her yoga journey in Malibu, California. She started with Bikram yoga and once she discovered vinyasa, she never looked back. After much convincing, she started her journey to become a 200-hour certified yoga instructor in 2015.
Since then, Briele has enjoyed teaching donation-based yoga at a farmed-animal rescue Rancho Relaxo in South Jersey, at children’s birthday parties, for prenatal clients, at Dark City brewery in Asbury Park, and used to volunteer at Saint Michael’s in Long Branch teaching their ESL yoga class.
Lately, Briele has been into adding cool things like mobility drills and neural flossing into her classes. She plans to further her knowledge of biomechanics and functional neurology for yoga and plans to complete a certification training for it in the near future.

Yoga Instructor
Roberta Catuogno
Roberta has been practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2013. She brings a lighthearted, welcoming energy to every class, creating a space where students feel supported, encouraged, and free to explore movement in their own way.

Her first teacher training was in Soul Sweat Asana Yoga, a style rooted in the philosophy of learning to love living in your body. That message continues to guide her teaching today. Roberta believes deeply that every body is a yoga body, and her creatively sequenced vinyasa classes reflect that inclusive approach—offering options, freedom, and joyful exploration for all levels.

In addition to her vinyasa background, Roberta is trained in Trauma‑Informed Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Bikram Yoga, allowing her to weave together grounding, strength, stillness, and mindful awareness depending on the needs of the moment.

Roberta views yoga as a life‑changing practice—one that invites us to reconnect, reset, and rediscover ourselves. She welcomes you to meet her on the mat and experience the transformation for yourself.
