Celebrating a Decade of Selfless Love

Ten years ago, Selfless Love opened its doors as a tiny yoga studio with absolutely no idea what the next decade would hold. Since then, there have been thousands of classes, a few different homes, one beautiful community, friendships that never would have existed otherwise, babies, marriages, breakups, losses, celebrations, and many different versions of all of us.

And now, Selfless Love is ten. This birthday is a little bittersweet because at the end of October, the doors to the physical studio will close for the last time. Selfless Love is evolving and changing form. But before we step into what comes next, let's properly celebrate the last decade of what has been.
