Join Betsy Bergman and Lindsay Gunn for an into to ayurveda workshop. Based on the principles of Ayurveda, one size does not fit all when it comes to managing your health. In this workshop, you will take a quiz to find out your dosha your unique nature), learn about the three doshas, and how to balance them for optimal well-being. You will also experience yoga specific to each dosha.
We will be sitting on the floor, so please bring a yoga mat/water and wear comfortable clothes. Handouts will be given out, but feel free to bring a journal and a pen if you'd like!
