    • Rainbow Bridge: This guided meditation takes you on a journey to to a place between worlds in order to aid in connecting with loved ones who have passed on. 

    • Chakra Cleansing: In this practice, the practitioner will be working through a series of guided imagery to aid in clearing, cleansing, and activating his/her seven major Earthly chakras.

    • Self-Love: This meditation will take you on a breathtaking walk through nature in observance of all that you truly are in order to come back to the beauty that you hold within.

    • Inner Child: So much of our present day wounds are due to holding resentment from our past (most of this is subconscious). This meditation will guide you through meeting your inner child and taking the step towards healing the wounds that have been instilled in you through adulthood.

    • Higher Self: We are all spiritual beings having a human experience while on this plane. We each hold a higher version of ourselves known as our Higher Self. Understanding that the perspective that we have for most of our life experience is such a small fragmentation of who we really are. When living from a higher perspective, we see the Earthly realm through a lens of unconditional love and bliss. The more time we dedicate to merging with our higher selves, the more we can reconnect with this state and begin to feel like a completely new being. This meditation will walk you through meeting this higher aspect of yourself and aid you in anchoring more of that energy into your human self while allowing you to embody more of who you truly want to be.

  • Breathe Awareness (Pranayama /breath-work): This practice will guide you through becoming more aware of your breathing patterns in order to focus on taking in the proper amount of Prana (life-force energy). 

  • Loving Kindness/Metta: The goal of this meditation practice is to cultivate an attitude of love and kindness towards everyone and everything (yes, even those you would label "enemies").

  • Mindfulness: Mindfulness is a a form of meditation that guides the practitioner to be more aware of being present in the moment.
