Each person has a unique personal history, set of experiences, and emotions. Everything that happens from the time of birth shapes your feelings, behaviors and core beliefs. Traumas or difficult experiences from childhood create very strong emotions and unless those emotions are fully processed at that time, they become stuck within the mind/body and can infiltrate every aspect of your adult life. This prevents emotional wounds from healing fully and the trauma remains as a stagnant energy in the unconscious mind that continues to affect your everyday life. 

People often think that inner child healing is just a therapeutic method of learning to love yourself, but in fact, by reconnecting with your inner child, it can alter the fabric of your entire life. The journey to healing your inner child is a journey of self-discovery in which you face your inner demons, some of which may be buried so deep that you are unaware that they even exist. You may also have deeply embedded emotional blocks which need to be eradicated safely so you can shake off the shackles of stress and start to live life to the fullest.

As an adult, it’s important to develop an awareness of certain traits which act as indicators that your inner child is damaged. If you have low self-esteem, emotional imbalances, are too rigid or overly weak when it comes to boundaries, if you have eating disorders, comfort eat, fluctuating moods, or a poor body image, these could all be signs that your inner child needs healing. You may attempt to store these feelings away or, find that you cannot commit to projects because something stops you, or even feel as if you are pretending to be happy when inside something is always eating away at you. These types of behaviors often happen when we do not understand why we feel the way we do, we just know that something is wrong and that we are triggered into an unhealthy response. 

The awareness of how childhood experiences can impact adult life is extremely empowering. During your sessions, you will be given the opportunity to revisit those childhood experiences, to meet that innocent younger you, and to gain help in identifying any positive or negative experiences that have led to repetitive behaviors in the here and now. The emphasis is on thought, contemplation and utilizing techniques to help you see and feel differently. Remember, these conditionings have been in place for the majority of your life, so letting go of these deeply-rooted scripts will not necessarily be easy. This is why we offer this service in 5 sessions in order to help you to map your personal journey from childhood to adulthood understanding how every experience has served to shape your life and to work through finding the healing and happiness you deserve as an adult.

  • 5 In-Person or Virtual Sessions (meetings occur 1/week for 60 minutes)

    • Sliding scale of  $88 - $133/session

**These sessions will include telegram/e-mail support between each weekly call, pre-recorded meditation, yoga & pranayama (breath-work) audio/videos, as well as weekly assignments to keep you on track. Oftentimes, sessions will go slightly over 1 hour, so please plan accordingly. On week 6, you will receive a free 20-30 minute "check-in" call to complete your sessions.
